Resumo

Introdução: Uma alimentação equilibrada e hábitos de vida saudáveis ​​desde a infância são muito importantes. No entanto, a má nutrição continua a ser um grave problema de saúde pública e um factor de risco para as elevadas taxas de subnutrição crónica e obesidade infantil, tanto a nível global como na Indonésia.

Objectivo: O objectivo deste estudo foi desenvolver e testar a eficácia do Modelo Colaborativo de Bem-Estar Escola-Família na promoção de uma alimentação equilibrada e de comportamentos saudáveis ​​nas crianças em idade pré-escolar através da colaboração estruturada entre escolas e famílias.

Metodologia: Esta investigação utilizou uma abordagem mista (I&D com abordagem quantitativa). O programa foi desenvolvido através de atividades de I&D e a sua eficácia foi avaliada através de uma abordagem quantitativa. Os participantes do estudo foram dez professores de educação pré-escolar, trinta pais e trinta crianças do pré-escolar do Laboratório da Universidade Estadual de Malang. Os dados foram recolhidos através de questionários, entrevistas, observações e validação por especialistas. Foram utilizadas estatísticas descritivas para analisar os dados da fase de desenvolvimento, enquanto os testes t de amostras emparelhadas foram utilizados para avaliar o sucesso da implementação do programa.

Resultados: O modelo demonstrou uma elevada validade segundo os especialistas de conteúdo (88,5%) e os especialistas em design instrucional (90,2%), uma elevada praticidade segundo os professores (86,8%) e uma eficácia significativa na melhoria da consciência nutricional e dos comportamentos saudáveis ​​das crianças (81,4%).

Conclusão: Os resultados confirmaram que a colaboração ativa entre professores e pais reforçou a consistência dos comportamentos nos ambientes escolar e doméstico. O modelo revelou-se válido, prático e eficaz, fornecendo uma estrutura holística e replicável que pode ser integrada na educação pré-escolar e nas iniciativas nacionais de saúde para promover hábitos de bem-estar ao longo da vida.
