Efeito dos métodos de aprendizagem motora na melhoria das competências básicas em jogadores de andebol iniciantes

Resumo

Contexto: O andebol exige um elevado nível de coordenação motora e o domínio das competências básicas, e os métodos de aprendizagem motora melhoram eficazmente o desempenho dos jogadores principiantes.

Objectivo: Este estudo teve como objectivo examinar o efeito das técnicas de aprendizagem motora na melhoria das competências básicas de andebol em jovens jogadores principiantes.

Métodos: Foi utilizado um desenho experimental com uma amostra de 60 jogadores de andebol principiantes, com idades compreendidas entre os 10 e os 15 anos, aleatoriamente alocados a um grupo experimental (n = 30) e a um grupo de controlo (n = 30). O grupo experimental seguiu um programa de treino de seis semanas baseado em princípios de aprendizagem motora, enquanto o grupo de controlo recebeu treino tradicional. Os dados foram recolhidos através de uma Escala de Avaliação de Competências de Andebol validada. As análises estatísticas incluíram médias, desvios padrão, coeficiente alfa de Cronbach e testes t de amostras independentes.

Resultados: Os resultados revelaram diferenças estatisticamente significativas (p ≤ 0,05) a favor do grupo experimental, que obteve médias mais elevadas nos escores pós-teste de competências básicas de andebol em comparação com o grupo de controlo.

Discussão: Os resultados indicam que as técnicas de aprendizagem motora melhoram o envolvimento do jogador, a utilização do feedback, a integração de competências e o trabalho em equipa, levando a resultados de aprendizagem superiores em comparação com os métodos convencionais.

Conclusão: Os métodos de aprendizagem motora são eficazes para melhorar as competências básicas do andebol em jogadores iniciantes e são recomendados para inclusão em programas de treino juvenil para otimizar o desenvolvimento de competências e o desempenho.
