Planeamento baseado na literacia física em Educação Física: uma abordagem de modelo estrutural

Resumo

Introdução: A literacia física surgiu como um marco multidimensional que redefine a educação física para a participação ao longo da vida.

Objectivo: Este estudo tem como objectivo examinar as relações estruturais entre o projecto de planeamento baseado na literacia física, a qualidade da implementação, a participação dos alunos e a literacia física.

Metodologia: Foi implementado um projeto transversal cuantitativo com 350 alunos do ensino secundário. Os dados foram analisados ​​através do modelo de equações estruturais de mínimos quadrados parciais (PLS-SEM).

Resultados: Os hallazgos revelam que o design da planificação influencia significativamente a literacia física, tanto de forma direta (β= 0,358, < 0,001) como indireta através da qualidade da implementação (β= 0,115) e da participação estudantil (β= 0,250). A participação dos alunos foi identificada como o preditor mais forte.

Discussão: Os resultados confirmam que o planeamento instrucional funciona como um determinante estrutural que influencia os processos de salão e os resultados da aprendizagem.

Conclusões: O desenvolvimento da literacia física é fortemente condicionado pelo planeamento e pela gestão pedagógica, o que demonstra a importância do design instrucional orientado para a literacia.
