Desenho e gestão de um currículo inclusivo de atividade física para crianças: revisão sistemática da literatura

Resumo

Introdução: A atividade física inclusiva para crianças tornou-se uma preocupação educativa importante porque está estritamente ligada ao acesso, à participação equitativa e ao desenvolvimento de crianças com e sem incapacidade. É necessária uma revisão mais completa para orientar a conceção e a gestão de currículos inclusivos de atividade física nas escolas.

Metodologia: Este estudo utilizou uma revisão sistemática da literatura seguindo as diretrizes PRISMA, tendo como base de dados principais a Scopus. Os artigos publicados até 6 de abril de 2026 foram examinados em função da relevância, precisão do título, adequação do currículo e das palavras-chave, integridade dos dados, condição de revisão por pares, língua inglesa e disponibilidade de acesso aberto. Dos 1.082 registos inicialmente identificados, 97 cumpriram os critérios de inclusão e foram analisados ​​em profundidade.

Resultados: Los hallazgos produjeron das contribuciones novedosas principales. A primeira é um marco de gestão para um currículo inclusivo de atividade física para crianças, que inclui admissão, identificação, avaliação, perfis infantis, planeamento da aprendizagem, avaliação e valorização da aprendizagem, relatórios de resultados de aprendizagem e períodos de transição. A segunda é um marco de implementação ao nível da aula que inclui objectivos de aprendizagem, métodos, materiais, meios, procedimentos de ensino, avaliação, feedback e monitorização adaptados às características das crianças.

Conclusões: Este estudo mostra que a concepção e a gestão de um currículo inclusivo de actividade física são ainda altamente relevantes e realizam importantes contributos teóricos e práticos para as políticas, a governação escolar e o ensino inclusivo adaptativo e sustentável.
