Implementar a narração de histórias e a atividade física no ensino da literatura para melhorar a participação ativa dos alunos de educação física

Resumo

Introdução: Este estudo analisou a integração da narração de histórias e da atividade física no ensino da literatura com o objetivo de melhorar a participação ativa dos estudantes de Educação Física da Universidade Muhammadiyah Palembang através de uma abordagem de aprendizagem mais interativa e significativa.

Objectivo: Determinar a eficácia da integração da narração de histórias e da actividade física no ensino da literatura para aumentar a participação activa dos alunos.

Metodologia: Foi utilizada uma abordagem de métodos mistos com um desenho quase-experimental, incluindo um grupo experimental e um grupo de controlo. A amostra foi constituída por 120 alunos de Educação Física, divididos igualmente em dois grupos através de uma amostragem aleatória simples. O grupo experimental recebeu uma intervenção baseada na narração de histórias e na atividade física, enquanto o grupo de controlo seguiu o método de ensino tradicional. Os dados foram recolhidos através de observação, questionários, pré-testes, pós-testes e entrevistas semiestruturadas a cinco alunos. Os dados quantitativos foram analisados ​​utilizando o teste t de amostras independentes com o SPSS, enquanto os dados qualitativos foram examinados através de uma análise temática.

Resultados: Os resultados mostraram que o grupo experimental obteve um aumento significativamente maior da participação ativa em comparação com o grupo de controlo. Os resultados dos testes pós-intervenção revelaram diferenças estatisticamente significativas, enquanto os dados qualitativos demonstraram melhorias na motivação, no envolvimento e na participação cognitiva, emocional e física dos alunos.

Conclusões: Conclui-se que a integração da narrativa com a atividade física melhora significativamente a participação ativa dos alunos e promove um ambiente de aprendizagem mais dinâmico, interativo e significativo.
