Resumo

Introdução: Os serviços de orientação requerem estratégias ativas que ajudem os estudantes a enfrentar as transições educativas e profissionais. As atividades baseadas na atividade física podem favorecer a disposição, a motivação, a atenção e a interação entre pares, embora o seu papel na orientação ligada à adaptabilidade profissional seja pouco explorado.

Objectivo: Este estudo descreveu a participação dos estudantes em actividades baseadas na actividade física e mapeou as suas necessidades de adaptabilidade profissional através do Marco 4C.

Metodologia: Foi utilizado um projeto quantitativo descritivo preliminar com dois conjuntos de dados independentes. No total, 228 alunos preencheram uma escala de participação de 16 itens e 255 responderam a um Inquérito Preliminar de Adaptabilidade Profissional. Os dados foram analisados ​​através de estatística descritiva, alfa de Cronbach e comparações não paramétricas exploratórias.

Resultados: A participação dos alunos foi elevada (M = 62,49; DE = 8,25), com 68,9% na categoria elevada. A participação afetiva/motivacional foi mais elevada, enquanto a resposta social e a cooperação foram mais baixas. A escala apresentou uma excelente consistência interna (α = 0,925).

Conclusões: Os hallazgos oferecem evidências descritivas preliminares para projetar uma orientação profissional ativa baseada no movimento, sem estabelecer efeitos causais.
