Uma análise da relação entre os níveis de responsabilidade social das empresas dos clubes desportivos e os níveis de identificação dos aficionados pelo desporto

Resumo

Introdução: As iniciativas de responsabilidade social corporativa (RSC) dos clubes desportivos são um factor chave que contribui para o bem social e influencia a percepção dos aficionados sobre os seus clubes e no seu nível de identificação com os mesmos.

Objectivo: Examinar a relação entre os níveis de RSC dos clubes desportivos e os níveis de identificação dos aficionados do desporto.

Metodologia: O estúdio empregou um modelo de investigação correlacional. A exposição foi composta por 472 aficionados do futebol com mais de 18 anos. Os dados são reconhecidos através de um formulário pessoal anónimo, da Escala de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa para Clubes Desportivos e da Escala de Identificação de Aficionados al Deporte. Os valores de assimetria e curtose confirmam a normalidade dos dados (±1,5) e aplicam-se testes paramétricos: frequências, percentagens, estatísticas descritivas, teste, ANOVA e correlação de Pearson.

Resultados: Os níveis médios de RSC dos participantes para os clubes desportivos e o seu nível de identificação com as equipas desportivas situam-se por cima dos media.

Discussão: Ao analisar a relação entre as escalas, observou-se uma relação positiva, moderada e estatísticamente significativa entre o nível de identificação dos aficionados do desporto e as subdimensões do RSC para os clubes desportivos.

Conclusões: O estúdio revelou que, à medida que aumentava a identificação dos participantes com as equipas desportivas, aumentava a sua RSC percibida para essas equipas.
