Uma abordagem integrada para corrigir o estado físico e psicoemocional dos alunos que trabalham com crianças migrantes

O artigo tem como objetivo investigar a eficácia do programa do autor “Correção do estado físico e psicoemocional de alunos que trabalham com crianças imigrantes”, que combina aulas práticas de psicotreinamento e aulas de formação em saúde e fitness. Materiais e métodos. O programa inclui sessões práticas de psicotreinamento para desenvolver o bem-estar psicológico, resistência ao estresse e harmonia psicológica, e sessões de treinamento físico saudável para melhorar o estado funcional do corpo. O programa integra aspectos físicos e psicológicos da saúde. Participaram do experimento pedagógico 44 alunos do 1º e 2º ano da Faculdade de Cultura Física e Saúde Humana da Universidade Nacional Yuri Fedkovich de Chernivtsi. Resultados. Verificamos que o programa de correção do estado físico e psicoemocional dos alunos, que incluiu aulas práticas de psicotreinamento e aulas de preparação física para a saúde, contribuiu para a diminuição dos valores de peso corporal, circunferência da cintura e circunferência do quadril. e circunferência pélvica (p<0,05; p<0,001). Os resultados mostraram diferenças estatisticamente significativas (p<0,05; p<0,001) entre as etapas inicial e final do estudo. Após a utilização do programa desenvolvido, observamos alterações estatisticamente significativas (p<0,05) nos níveis de ansiedade pessoal e situacional. O percentual de alunos com alto nível de ansiedade situacional diminuiu de 27,3% para 0,0%, e o nível médio diminuiu de 54,5% para 15,9%. A ansiedade de personalidade também diminuiu de um máximo de 43,2% para 0,0%, e o nível intermediário diminuiu de 54,5% para 20,5%. Conclusões. Os resultados do nosso estudo confirmam a eficácia do programa do autor “Correção do estado físico e psicoemocional dos alunos que trabalham com crianças migrantes” para melhorar o desenvolvimento físico, o estado funcional dos sistemas cardiovascular e respiratório e o bem-estar psicológico dos os alunos, participantes. A aplicação do programa conduziu à diminuição da ansiedade, à melhoria da composição corporal, à redução do volume do tecido adiposo e ao aumento das capacidades adaptativas do organismo.
