Peculiaridades da composição dos componentes corporais e da microcirculação dos buceadores qualificados

Resumo

Um dos aspetos importantes para melhorar a eficácia do treino de buceadores qualificados é compreender as peculiaridades da composição corporal e do estado da microcirculação. O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar a composição corporal e os especialistas da microcirculação de buceadores qualificados que são lançados em diferentes tipos de equipamentos de fitness. A exposição do estúdio incluía 30 buceadores qualificados, composta por 17 raparigas e 13 rapazes entre os 13 e os 18 anos. A composição corporal foi avaliada por bioimpedância, e o estado funcional do sistema microcirculatório foi avaliado através do fluxo laser Doppler. Os resultados indicam que os buceadores que utilizam a torre de 10 metros mostram uma diminuição estadísticamente significativa no conteúdo do tecido adiposo e um aumento na massa livre de gordura e na massa muscular relativa em comparação com os atletas de outras disciplinas de buceo. Além disso, foi observado um elevado nível de perfusão tisular e reatividade microvascular entre os atletas. Estes hallazgos são cruciais para avaliar e melhorar a eficácia do treino dos atletas de buceo qualificados.
