Construção e normalização de uma escala administrativa de conflito para treinadores de esgrima no Iraque: um artigo de revisão

Objectivo: Esta revisão tem como objectivo destacar o conceito de conflito administrativo e a importância do desenvolvimento de ferramentas de medição precisas para o mesmo no âmbito desportivo, com foco específico nos treinadores de esgrima.
Metodologia: Foi realizado um estudo abrangente da literatura publicada entre 2013 e 2024 em diversas bases de dados científicas. A revisão abrangeu trinta (30) estudos que abordaram variáveis relacionadas com o conflito administrativo, a criatividade e o desenvolvimento de escalas.
Resultados: A análise crítica destes estudos revelou que o conflito administrativo é um fenómeno inevitável nas instituições desportivas, que impacta negativamente o desempenho se não for gerido de forma eficaz. Além disso, a revisão identificou uma lacuna evidente na investigação, caracterizada pela escassez de escalas psicológicas e administrativas especificamente desenvolvidas para treinadores de desportos individuais (esgrima) em comparação com desportos coletivos.
Discussão e conclusões: O artigo conclui apresentando um quadro teórico que sustenta a necessidade de construir uma escala padronizada para o conflito administrativo e propõe um roteiro para que os investigadores preencham esta lacuna cognitiva, contribuindo assim para o desenvolvimento do corpo técnico e elevando o estatuto da esgrima no Iraque.
