Efectos del entrenamiento con sobrecarga inercial sobre indicadores neuromecánicos y variables de rendimiento físico en futbolistas: una revisión sistemática

Resumen

Introducción: El entrenamiento con sobrecarga inercial se utiliza en la preparación de futbolistas debido a las demandas concéntricas y excéntricas que genera durante la producción y el control de la fuerza.

Objetivo: El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue sintetizar la evidencia sobre sus efectos en indicadores neuromecánicos y variables de rendimiento físico, así como evaluar la disponibilidad de mediciones directas del salto con contramovimiento, de la tracción isométrica de medio muslo y del índice de fuerza dinámica.

Metodología: La búsqueda se realizó en PubMed, Scopus, SpringerLink y Google Académico, desde noviembre de 2024 hasta su actualización en junio de 2026. Se identificaron 165 registros; tras eliminar 15 duplicados, se examinaron 150 en función del título y el resumen. Diez documentos pasaron a la lectura completa y seis estudios primarios se incorporaron a la síntesis narrativa.

Discusión: La respuesta al salto con contramovimiento fue limitada y careció de uniformidad; ningún estudio evaluó directamente la tracción isométrica de medio muslo ni el índice de fuerza dinámica. La diversidad de poblaciones, protocolos, dispositivos y medidas impidió realizar una síntesis cuantitativa.

Conclusiones: El entrenamiento con sobrecarga inercial puede constituir un recurso complementario para desarrollar capacidades físicas específicas en futbolistas, siempre que la carga, el ejercicio, la técnica y la familiarización respondan a las necesidades del deportista. La ausencia de mediciones directas de la tracción isométrica y del índice de fuerza dinámica constituye una falta de evidencia, no la demostración de la ineficacia de estas variables.
