Revisión de alcance sobre intervenciones de Wushu: temas, métodos y vacíos sociológicos

Antecedentes: Esta revisión de alcance tuvo como objetivo cartografiar las intervenciones basadas en Wushu en cuatro dominios —educativo, clínico/sanitario, psicológico/motor y cultural— destacando cómo se implementan, cómo se evalúan y en qué puntos persisten vacíos metodológicos y sociológicos.
Materiales y Métodos: La revisión siguió los marcos de Arksey & O’Malley y de Levac et al., integrando las directrices PRISMA-ScR. Se realizaron búsquedas en Scopus, Web of Science y PubMed (2015–2025), aplicando los criterios PCC. Se identificaron 2.671 registros y, tras la evaluación de textos completos, se incluyeron 22 estudios.
Resultados: Los estudios seleccionados abarcan 11 países y reportan intervenciones con duraciones entre 8 y 52 semanas. Los resultados recurrentes incluyen mejoras en el equilibrio, la aptitud cardiorrespiratoria, la composición corporal, la densidad ósea y diversos indicadores psicosociales, como ansiedad y autoeficacia. La heterogeneidad metodológica impidió realizar una síntesis cuantitativa.
Conclusiones: Las intervenciones de Wushu muestran aplicaciones prometedoras en contextos diversos; sin embargo, las investigaciones futuras deben abordar vacíos en la estandarización, la diversidad geográfica y demográfica, así como la integración de análisis sociológicos que fortalezcan los diseños comparativos y la implementación basada en evidencia.
