Revisão de âmbito sobre as intervenções de Wushu: temas, métodos e vácuos sociológicos

Antecedentes: Esta revisão de alcance tem como objetivo cartografia das intervenções baseadas no Wushu em quatro domínios —educativo, clínico/sanitário, psicológico/motor e cultural— destacando como se implementar, como se avaliar e em que pontos persistem vazios metodológicos e sociológicos.
Materiais e Métodos: A revisão seguiu os marcos de Arksey & O’Malley e de Levac et al., integrando as guidelines PRISMA-ScR. Foram realizadas pesquisas na Scopus, Web of Science e PubMed (2015–2025), aplicando os critérios PCC. Foram identificados 2.671 registos e, para além da avaliação de textos completos, foram incluídos 22 estudos.
Resultados: Os estudos selecionados abrangeram 11 países e reportaram intervenções com uma duração entre 8 e 52 semanas. Os resultados recorrentes incluem melhorias no equilíbrio, na aptidão cardiorrespiratória, na composição corporal, na densidade óssea e diversos indicadores psicossociais, como a ansiedade e a autoeficácia. A heterogeneidade metodológica impossibilitou a realização de uma síntese quantitativa.
Conclusões: As intervenções de Wushu mostram aplicações promissoras em contextos diversos; No entanto, as investigações futuras deverão abordar vácuos na normalização, na diversidade geográfica e demográfica, bem como na integração da análise sociológica que fortaleça os projectos comparativos e a implementação com base em evidências.
