Melhor preparação física específica para judocas adolescentes com jogos desportivos

Resumo

Introdução: A melhoria do treino físico dos judocas adolescentes é chave na pedagogia desportiva, pois esta etapa é para o desenvolvimento de qualidades essenciais como a força, a coordenação e a resistência.

Objectivo: O objectivo do estudo foi comprovar experimentalmente a eficácia da utilização de exercícios de jogo dinâmico no processo de treino de adolescentes que praticam judo como meio para melhorar as qualidades físicas que determinam o nível de habilidade técnica, coordenação, resistência e preparação funcional.

Metodologia: O estúdio incluiu 24 adolescentes varones dos 13 aos 15 anos (edad media = 14,2 ± 0,6 anos) de escolas desportivas. Os métodos utilizados incluem experiências pedagógicas, testes de aptidão física especial, estatística de variação, correlação e análise de conglomerados. A experiência durou 10 semanas e foi lançada entre setembro e dezembro de 2024.

Resultados: Com base nos resultados das tentativas finais, estabeleceram-se vendas significativas do grupo experimental, que realizou exercícios de jogo dinâmico integrados no processo de treino. O aumento mais pronunciado foi observado no exercício complexo de coordenação e força (37,6%), o que indica uma estimulação eficaz da interação intermuscular e da coordenação espaçotemporal.

Discussão: No desenvolvimento da resistência muscular, registou-se um aumento de 33,6%, quase três vezes superior ao do grupo de controlo (10,5%). O aumento do desempenho rígido das ações técnicas foi de 25%, enquanto no grupo de controlo foi de 11%.

Conclusões: A taxa de crescimento global integral no Grupo Experimental foi de 26,1%, o que confirma a eficácia sistémica do enfoque proposto.
