Validação e fiabilidade de um modelo de identificação de talento para jogadores de críquete com deficiência

Resumo

Introdução. A identificação do talento no críquete adaptado continua a ser limitada devido à falta de ferramentas de avaliação padronizadas e cientificamente validadas, o que com frequência conduz a processos de seleção subjetiva e ao infrarreconhecimento do potencial atlético dos jogadores com deficiência.

Objetivo. O objetivo deste estúdio foi desenvolver, validar e analisar a fiabilidade de um modelo multidimensional de identificação de talentos especificamente concebido para jogadores de críquete com deficiência.

Metodologia. Foi adotado um projeto de estúdio transversal com uma mostra de 120 jogadores com deficiência, entre os 12 e os 28 anos, com deficiências físicas nas extremidades, deficiência visual e parálisis cerebral. O modelo avaliou as competências técnicas, os atributos físicos, as capacidades cognitivas e a preparação psicológica através de testes padronizados de campo, tarefas cognitivas assistidas por planeador e questionários estruturados. A fiabilidade foi determinada através da alfa de Cronbach, dos coeficientes de correlação intraclasse e da análise teste-reteste, enquanto a validade do construtor foi examinada através da análise fatorial exploratória.

Resultados. Os resultados mostraram uma elevada consistência interna (α = 0,92) e uma sólida estabilidade temporal (CCI = 0,83–0,89). A análise fatorial confirmou uma estrutura de quatro fatores que explicava 78,6% da variação total. As correlações significativas entre as pontuações de talento e os indicadores de desempenho competitivo (r = 0,62–0,78; p < 0,01) suportaram a validade preditiva do modelo.

Conclusão. Concluindo, o modelo proposto é uma ferramenta válida e fiável que permite uma avaliação objetiva e uma seleção equitativa do talento no críquete adaptado.
