Análise das variáveis ​​dos padrões táticos em diferentes formatos de jogos de futebol de campo reduzido.

Resumo

Introdução: A investigação no futebol tem destacado cada vez mais o valor dos jogos reduzidos (CRs) como ferramentas eficazes para a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento de competências.

Objectivo: Analisar como a densidade de jogadores influencia o posicionamento colectivo e o espaçamento da equipa em jovens jogadores de futebol.

Metodologia: Vinte e dois jogadores do sexo masculino, do escalão de sub-14, participaram em dois formatos de CR (GK+4v4+GK e GK+5v5+GK), disputados no mesmo campo (46m × 33m). Os dados posicionais foram registados utilizando unidades de GPS de 15Hz e utilizados para calcular a largura, o comprimento e a área de superfície da equipa. Os dados foram analisados ​​através de estatística descritiva e ANOVA mista de dois fatores.

Resultados: Foram observadas diferenças significativas (p ≤ 0,05) na largura e na área de superfície da equipa de acordo com o formato do jogo e a fase da partida (ataque e defesa). Especificamente, a largura da equipa foi maior durante a fase ofensiva do que durante a fase defensiva, enquanto o formato GK+5v5+GK resultou numa maior área de superfície da equipa. Discussão: A manipulação da densidade de jogadores esteve associada a alterações na organização espacial coletiva. O formato GK+5v5+GK foi associado a um maior comprimento de equipa e área de superfície, enquanto o formato GK+4v4+GK favoreceu uma organização mais compacta e comportamentos táticos coletivos distintos e emergentes.

Conclusões: Os treinadores podem manipular as restrições das formações de jogo em campo reduzido (SSCGs) para favorecer comportamentos táticos específicos. O formato com um maior número de jogadores esteve associado a um maior comprimento de equipa e área de superfície, enquanto o formato reduzido promoveu uma organização mais compacta. Estas descobertas fornecem evidências úteis para o desenvolvimento de programas de treino mais eficazes, ajustando o espaçamento entre jogadores.
