Influência do alongamento estático no desempenho do salto reativo durante as aulas de dança clássica

Resumo

Introdução: Os bailarinos necessitam de flexibilidade e potência para atingir o máximo rendimento. No contexto das aulas de dança clássica, os alongamentos estáticos antes do posicionamento central são parte integrante da metodologia da disciplina. No entanto, os efeitos fisiológicos destes alongamentos podem levar a uma diminuição do desempenho do salto subsequente, realizado a partir da posição central.

Objectivo: Determinar se os alongamentos estáticos antes do posicionamento central durante a aula de ballet alteram o desempenho do salto reativo subsequente em bailarinos de ballet clássico.

Metodologia: Este estudo seguiu um desenho experimental transversal, quantitativo, com medidas repetidas e equilibrado. Foram realizadas três medições do teste de salto em queda (DJ) em diferentes momentos durante a aula de ballet para avaliar o desempenho do salto em 22 bailarinos do Conservatório Superior de Dança de Málaga após a aplicação de um protocolo de alongamento estático (AE).

Resultados: Observou-se uma diminuição significativa da altura do salto no teste de DJ na condição de AE ​​em comparação com a condição de controlo (p = 0,001). Além disso, estas alterações significativas persistiram no desempenho do DJ na condição pós-centro (após a realização dos exercícios de centro), sendo a altura do salto significativamente mais baixa no grupo EE (p = 0,010).

Conclusões: O desempenho do bailarino foi afetado imediatamente após a realização de sessões de EE de 90 segundos por grupo muscular. Após a realização dos exercícios de centro (antes do allegro), os efeitos do EE mantiveram-se significativos, reduzindo ainda a altura do salto vertical do DJ.
