Resumen

Perkenalan. Bahasa Jawa tradisional dapat digunakan sebagai metode untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar dan pelajar dasar. La danza tradicional javanesa tiene elementsos rítmicos, estéticos y posturales, como los movimientos de las manos, parse con una pierna, sacudir la cabeza dan caminar lentamente pueden estimular la fuerza muscular central, el equilibrio y la coordinación corporal en un estimulante.

Tujuan. Este estudio tiene como objektif menganalisis keefektifan de la terapia de danza tradisional jawa en la mejora de la fuerza berotot dan el equilibrio kopral en estudiantes de primaria.

Metodología. En este estudio se utilizó un diseño cuasi-experimental con un grupo pretest-postest. Con la participación de 60 estudiantes, de los cuales 30 fueron experimentales y 30 control, con características de niños de 11 a 12 años, mixtos, generalmente sanos. El grupo experimental recibió tratamiento de danza tradicional javanesa, mientras que el grupo de control no recibió un tratamiento especial relacionado con la terapia de danza tradicional javanesa. Los instrumentos incluyen pruebas de fuerza muscular (empuñadura y dinamómetro de piernas), así como el sistema de puntuación de errores de equilibrio y la prueba de barra de equilibrio dinámica. Se realizó una prueba T de muestra pareada para comparar los resultados del pretest y postest en cada grupo, la prueba T de muestra independiente para comparar los cambios en los resultados entre los grupos experimental y control, y la d de Cohen para medir cuánto afectaba la danza terapia en las variables medidas.

Resultado. Los resultados del análisis de la prueba t pareada y la prueba t independiente mostraron un aumento significativo en la fuerza muscular de manos y pies (p<0,05), así como en el equilibrio estático y dinámico (<0,05) en el grupo experimental en comparación con el grupo control.

Discusión. Los resultados del estudio mostraron que la provisión de entrenamiento estructurado de danza javanesa durante 2 semanas tuvo una influencia significativa en el aumento de la fuerza muscular y el equilibrio corporal de los estudiantes de primaria. Estos hallazgos muestran que las actividades artísticas culturales, como la danza javanesa, pueden utilizarse como una alternativa eficaz y divertida al ejercicio físico en el contexto de la educación física.

Conclusiones. La conclusión de este estudio es que la danza tradicional javanesa está estructurada de manera efectiva para mejorar la fuerza muscular y el equilibrio corporal de los estudiantes de primaria, por lo que puede ser utilizada como una alternativa al aprendizaje físico basado en la cultura local.
