Perkenalan. Dansa tradisional Jawa dapat digunakan sebagai metode yang lebih baik sebagai kemampuan motorik kasar dalam hal dasar. Tarian tradisional Jawa ini memiliki unsur-unsur ritmik, estetika dan postur tubuh, seperti gerakan-gerakan yang lebih besar, yang membuat mereka sadar akan hal itu, menjaga kebugaran dan Anda dapat memperkirakan kekuatan otot sentral, atau keseimbangan dan koordinasi tubuh serta stimulan. Tujuan. Ini adalah tujuan dari analisa kemanjuran terapi tradisional Jawa dengan kekuatan otot dan keseimbangan tubuh yang mendasar. Metodologi. Inilah yang saya lakukan, gunakanlah penggambaran quase-eksperimental dengan kelompok pra-tes-pos-tes. Dengan berpartisipasi dalam 60 orang, mengirimkan 30 percobaan dan 30 orang yang dikontrol, dengan karakteristik anak-anak 11 hingga 12 tahun, salah, secara umum. Ada grup eksperimental yang menerima traratamento dari dansa tradisional jawa, sedangkan grup kontrol tidak menerima traratament khusus yang berhubungan dengan dansa tradisional jawa. Instrumennya termasuk testis kekuatan otot (dinamis preensão dan perna), karena sistem pontuação de erro de equilíbrio atau teste de feixe de equilíbrio dynamico. Uji coba yang dilakukan secara mandiri untuk membandingkan hasil pra-tes dan pasca-tes dalam setiap kelompok, atau uji mandiri untuk membandingkan hasil muda dari kelompok eksperimental dan mengontrol uji Cohen untuk mengetahui berapa banyak danterapi yang mempengaruhi berbagai media. Hasil. Hasil analisis dari pengujian yang diukur dan pengujian secara independen menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kekuatan otot dan tenaga (p<0,05), karena tidak ada keseimbangan estetika dan dinamis (<0,05) tidak ada grup eksperimental yang dibandingkan dengan grup kontrol. Diskusi. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penawaran pelatihan pelatihan bahasa jawa selama 2 minggu memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot dan keseimbangan tubuh dari hal-hal mendasar yang ada. Hasil ini sebagian besar merupakan aktivitas seni budaya, seperti di Jawa, yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif yang efektif dan mengalihkan latihan fisik dalam konteks pendidikan jasmani. Kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa tarian tradisional Jawa efektif untuk memperkuat kekuatan otot dan keseimbangan tubuh yang mendasar, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk mempelajari ilmu fisika berdasarkan budaya lokal.
